Welcome to vCard QR Code Generator! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

vCard QR Code Generator provides the following services:

• Free Static QR Code Generator: A free tool for creating static vCard QR codes.
• Pro Logo Feature: A paid feature that allows you to add a logo to your QR code, accessible via a one-time payment.
• Dynamic QR Code Subscription Service: A subscription-based service hosted at app.vcardqrcodegenerator.com that allows users to create Dynamic QR codes. Dynamic QR codes can be updated after creation and include scan analytics. Subscription plans include Starter ($5/mo, up to 5 Dynamic QRs), Growth ($9/mo, up to 50 Dynamic QRs), and Business ($19/mo, Unlimited Dynamic QRs).

2. Payments

Payments for both one-time purchases (such as the Pro logo feature) and recurring subscriptions (Dynamic QR Code plans) are processed through our third-party payment processor, Dodo Payments. By making a purchase or subscribing to a plan, you agree to abide by the payment processor's terms of service. All prices are listed in USD or the equivalent in your local currency as determined by the payment processor. Subscription fees are billed on a monthly recurring basis until cancelled.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

This section outlines our policy regarding cancellations and refunds, in compliance with Indian consumer protection laws.

One-Time Purchases (Pro Logo Feature):

• Nature of Service: The Pro logo feature is a one-time purchase that grants immediate access to a digital tool. The service is considered delivered in full at the moment of successful payment and redirection to the Pro tool page.
• Refund Policy: Due to the instant-access nature of this digital service, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and the user has been granted access to the Pro features.

Recurring Subscriptions (Dynamic QR Code Plans):

• Billing: Subscription plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis starting from the date of your initial subscription.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at contact@vcardqrcodegenerator.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your Dynamic QR codes and subscription features until the end of your current billing period.
• No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation.
• QR Code Access After Cancellation: After your subscription expires, your Dynamic QR codes will become inactive and will no longer redirect scanners. Your data will be retained for 90 days, during which you can resubscribe to reactivate your QR codes.

Exceptional Circumstances: In the rare event of a technical failure where you pay but do not receive access, please contact our customer support at contact@vcardqrcodegenerator.com within 48 hours of your purchase. We will investigate the issue and, if a verifiable technical fault on our end is found, we will manually grant you access. Monetary refunds will not be issued.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide for vCard generation. You agree not to use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our service, including any errors in the generated QR codes.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
